Developed over three years of research, led by Raphael Guilbert and published by DISTANZ, the book explores Romania’s relationship with Zimbabwe during its struggle for independence. Bringing together archival documents, historical accounts, and contemporary artistic contributions, the publication accompanies the gallery’s presentation of works by 18 artists across generations at Art Basel Paris 2026.
